Description

Mixing and combing machine for natural bristles, synthetic filaments and hairs from the minimum size of 30mm up to 110mm. The filaments are loaded by hand, laying the material on conveying belts running between adjustable swinging patters. In the upper section of the machine, the material is combed by six rotary combs, held between three couples of drive wheels. The mixing process is made in the lower part of the machine, laying the material on three overlapped payers. Unloading operated by hand. Indicative capacity with natural bristle: from 1,5 (32 mm) up to 7,0 Kg (108mm)
