Description

The VILAND combined with the mixing machine M6AL produces bundles of filaments with diameter of approx. 70mm, wrapped with paper tape already vibrated. The filaments are automatically unloaded at the end of the programmed mixing time. The VILAND is composed of a pick up group, picking the ready material from the mixer, one transfer/buffer bridge equipped with conveying chains and adjustable patters (max. length 120mm), two combs, one dosing and forming system for the bundles, one vibrating trak where 30 special cups carry the bundles, insert and transfer devices and at the end a wrapping stage where the bundles are wrapped with 25 mm paper tape and staped
